  • We start by refining the business plan and funding objective, so it makes sense to lenders and investors. This includes

    • Reviewing the client’s business plan

    • Clarifying objectives and priorities

    • Defining funding requirements and strategy

    • Identifying constraints, risks, and sensitivities

    This stage ensures we are clear on what the client is trying to achieve and what type of capital is appropriate.

  • We define the funding approach and build or refine the financial model. Assumptions are tested, requirements are clarified, and the numbers are shaped so they stand up to scrutiny.

    This stage is critical. Poorly structured opportunities rarely attract the right capital.

  • Before any introductions are made, we prepare you for real discussions. Plans, presentations, and financials are aligned so conversations are clear, confident, and credible. This includes:

    • Developing a clear funding narrative

    • Creating or refining presentations and supporting materials

    • Ensuring risks, returns, and assumptions are clearly articulated

    • Aligning messaging with the expectations of lenders or investors

  • Only once the opportunity is properly prepared do we introduce lenders and investors who are genuinely aligned. This includes:

    • Identifying appropriate lenders and investors

    • Making targeted, curated introductions

    • Supporting discussions, diligence, and information flow

    • Staying involved through to funding completion
